Ranging from 100% Cocoa for an intense experience, through wonderfully rounded Milk Chocolate with bundles of character and depth. Even our White Chocolate is made using only Cocoa Butter for a full rich flavour. Some of our most popular products are described below.
Truffles
Our hand rolled real chocolate truffles are made with fresh cream and 100% cocoa butter. Authentic flavours are blended with a variety of chocolates to create a rich ganache. Then we finish the truffles with Extra Brut Cocoa.
Palets
Artisan hand finished chocolates for chocolate lovers looking for something unique. The chocolate is skilfully infused with real herbs, spices and botanicals. Like fine wine, each chocolate presents a layered experience with an initial flavour, then purest chocolate, followed by a residual finish that lingers on the palate. Gorgeous!
Ganache Torte
Basically a huge truffle masquerading as dessert! French style ganache (a silky blend of fine chocolate and cream) languishes atop a crisp biscuit base which provides a wonderful contrast of textures. Whether Dark, Milk or White (or even a blend!), this torte comes into its own with your choice of flavour. Cardamom, Chilli & Orange or Chestnut are just a few options....Mmmm!
